Dear all, On behalf of the academic committee of Mataram University, I welcome you all to our beloved campus and the world best halal tourism destination, Lombok Island. I believe that any small piece of thought you will present in the seminar should have a big contribution to the process of our community development as well as environmental enrichment. The University of Mataram is one of rising universities in Indonesia (rank 33th nation wide), with more than 30,000 students, we grow and have the vision to be the best regional research university in an eastern part of Indonesia. We need to have a significant contribution to community deveoopment in the region especially related to poverty alleviation, disaster mitigation and any program related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030). Through this international seminar, I do hope that all the effort that we have will be increased both quantitatively and qualitatively. Looking forward to meeting you in September 2019.
